2. Emergency Service
We provide 24/7 emergency plumbing services. While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, response times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and current demand.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP)
- Emergency call-out fees may apply outside normal business hours
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers
- VAT is included in all quoted prices where applicable
4. Workmanship and Guarantees
We guarantee all workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
5. Insurance and Liability

6. Access and Property
