You can request a quote online by describing the problem in our enquiry form. The plumber will discuss the job with you. Additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately before it begins.

3. Payment Terms

You and the plumber will agree payment terms before work starts. Please ask if anything is unclear, because it is easier to settle details early.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a booking at any time before the engineer arrives. For scheduled appointments, we ask for at least 24 hours notice where possible.

5. Complaints

6. Liability
